Find Dallas County Busted Mugshots

Dallas County, Arkansas's sheriff posts a live roster with current, new-booking, and release views, each carrying a photo, and those views are the first stop. Search them with a full name and a booking date. Confirm the arresting agency the entry names, and send the sheriff a records request with the same details for a booking the views dropped. A later state prison sentence moves the person into a separate system. Follow the case through the court for the result. That live roster, backed by the records request, is the source of Dallas County busted mugshots, and the court file supplies the ending.

Dallas County Busted Booking Records

A Dallas County booking starts when an agency brings someone to the jail. Staff log the person. They note the arrest details and snap the booking photo. Sheriff Mike Knoedl runs the county lockup. His office shares selected intake data through a roster vendor. Several agencies show up as the arresting party. These include the Fordyce Police Department, the sheriff himself, and Arkansas State Police. That label tells you who made or reported the arrest. The agency holding the person later can be someone else entirely.

What the public sees is only a slice of the jail file. Arkansas detention rules require a fuller log. It covers demographics, confinement and release times, custody reason, officers involved, and warrant or commitment data. The public card in Dallas County carried a photo and identity details. It also listed arrest time, agency, charge labels, bond when supplied, and sometimes court data. Treat it as intake paperwork, not a final word.

Dallas County Booking Record Fields

The live Dallas County roster uses short field labels. Each label has limits. A blank bond line does not mean no bond was set. Addresses appear only as administrative data. The mugshot is one clue among several, never the whole match, so weigh the full name, the age, the arrest date, and the arresting agency together to confirm identity.

FieldWhat the Dallas County entry shows
Photograph and nameThe intake image and listed identity; confirm with more than the face.
Race, sex, and ageDemographic fields recorded in the booking system.
Arrest date and timeWhen the arrest event was entered, not the court result.
Arresting agencyThe sheriff, city police, state police, or another listed agency.
Charges and bondCharges and any bond amount supplied at intake; blank fields remain unknown.
Court and releaseA court or date may appear; released cards add the release date and time.

The roster has no public search box for booking numbers. Jail mail instructions do reference a booking or jacket number, though, so one exists behind the scenes. Cards sometimes leave fields blank. When the web card falls short, ask the sheriff for the booking sheet or the jail detention log itself.

Request Dallas County Arrest Records

Dallas County has no dedicated booking-photo form. There is no special photo fee and no promised turnaround. The documented fallback is a narrow request under the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act. Send it to the Dallas County Sheriff's Office. Ask for the booking record and the photograph together, since asking for one does not guarantee the other.

  1. Give the subject's full name, known aliases, approximate arrest date, and arresting agency.
  2. Name the items: “booking sheet or jail detention log and booking photograph.”
  3. Ask for electronic delivery and an itemized estimate before any cost is incurred.
  4. For an old booking, ask if the record remains with the sheriff under the county retention law.
  5. If part is exempt, request any reasonably separable public part with protected content redacted.

Arkansas FOIA lets citizens inspect and copy records during regular business hours. If a record sits in active use or storage, the custodian must certify that fact in writing. The record then has to come out within three working days. That window is not an automatic delay for every request. Copy fees generally cannot exceed actual reproduction cost, aside from staff time already spent, and the office may require advance payment whenever an estimate tops $25.

Dallas County Photo Fees Differ

The sheriff's published FAQ draws a key line between incident reports and booking records. It says the reporting person or victim may obtain an incident-report copy in person with photo identification during office hours, excluding state holidays, at no fee. That narrow rule does not establish that all booking records or booking photos are free. Nor does it show that the same identity limit governs each jail record.

No Dallas County booking-photo fee schedule was found. Ask for an itemized estimate instead of assuming the incident-report rule applies. A requester should also identify the exact record. The incident narrative, jail log, booking sheet, and intake image may have different custodians or redactions even when they stem from the same arrest.

Note: Dallas County publishes a no-fee rule for qualifying incident reports, but it does not publish a special booking-photo price.

Arkansas Busted Mugshot Law

Arkansas public-record access begins with Ark. Code Ann. §§25-19-101 and following, but exemptions can protect an active investigation, confidential juvenile material, sealed records, victim data, medical facts, or security details. The Arkansas Attorney General explains the state framework, while the records custodian applies it to the actual request. No law promises that every Dallas County booking photo will appear online.

Ark. Code Ann. §4-75-102, enacted through Act 450 of 2021, regulates a private publish-for-pay website that seeks a fee or other value to remove a booking photograph. A covered request identifies the person by name and birth date, arrest date, and arresting agency. The operator must provide a free way to verify receipt and remove qualifying content within five business days without charge. That rule is not a general deadline for the sheriff, news media, or every private publisher.

Record sealing is a separate court process under Arkansas law. The ACIC criminal-history forms include different petitions and orders based on the case. Eligibility varies, and sealing means confidential treatment rather than physical destruction. After a court order is filed and the source changes its page, a search engine's outdated-content tool can refresh a stale result. It cannot force the source to erase a record.

Two verified Dallas County private pages publish their own no-fee record-maintenance routes. Recently Booked identifies bases such as dismissal, sealing, wrong person, juvenile material, duplicate content, or stale facts. Mugshots.com describes document-based maintenance for qualifying records, though its mechanics may change. Use each site's current free process and send court proof where relevant. Do not pay before checking the Arkansas statute, and do not treat removal from a private page as deletion of the official record.

Dallas County Juvenile Arrest Records

Juvenile files live in a separate, confidential system. Arkansas law spells this out in Ark. Code Ann. §§9-27-309 and 9-27-320, and Act 754 of 2025 tightened the rules on sealing and retention. None of it matches the adult Dallas County roster you might browse.

So a missing name proves little. Confidentiality, a citation, a different placement, or no booking at all could explain it. Don't lean on private image sites to dodge those protections. Access questions go to the court or the lawful custodian under the juvenile code.

Older Dallas County Busted Records

Ark. Code Ann. §13-4-404 defines booking records broadly: fingerprint cards, booking photos, and detention logs all count. Dallas County must keep them at least five years. After that, disposal can happen by county-judge order once the sheriff recommends it. Keep in mind that five years is a floor. A mugshot won't necessarily stay online that long, and files aren't destroyed on the anniversary either.

Chasing an older Dallas County arrest? Ask the sheriff's office whether the booking sheet and photo still sit in the active system or the records archive. If they're gone, request the disposal authority or the name of any successor custodian. The 48-hour pages are discovery windows, not archives. The Arkansas State Archives holds historic prison collections, but no modern Dallas County booking-photo transfer to them was verified.

Find Dallas County Busted Mugshots

The fastest route depends on one thing: where the person stands right now. Just booked? Still held? Released? Start at the official sheriff roster landing, which explains the county source and links into the live vendor interface. From there, pick the view that fits the custody question.

  1. For intake during the rolling prior 48 hours, open New Inmates.
  2. For present local custody, check All Current Inmates by name and arrested date.
  3. For a quick release, inspect Recent Releases within its own 48-hour window.
  4. For an older local event, ask the sheriff for the retained booking record and photograph.
  5. For an Arkansas state commitment, search ADC and note the profile's current-as-of date.
  6. For the outcome, carry the name, dates, agency, and court clues into Search ARCourts.
  7. For federal or immigration custody, use the matching federal locator, not the county roster.

Never match on a face alone. Check the exact name, the age or date of birth when shown, arrest date, agency, and jurisdiction. If a channel comes up empty, say the person wasn't visible there and leave it at that. "Not on the roster" is a much narrower claim than "not in custody."

Three Dallas County Busted Views

The county's portal design looks strange on first visit. You enter through the sheriff's `.gov` site and land on a MyR2M vendor domain. That handoff is normal. Begin on the official county page rather than an old backlink or an image-search hit.

The current Dallas County roster interface shows the controls used for current custody.

The captured screen shows the name control, the arrested-date order, and the booking-card layout as they appear in the live system. It's a reference, not a photo gallery hosted here.

Dallas County viewQuestion answeredPhoto observed?
All Current InmatesWho is listed in local custody now?Yes, when checked
Booked in Last 48 HoursWho entered the system in the rolling prior two days?Yes, when checked
Released in Last 48 HoursWho left the roster during that release window?Yes, when checked

No refresh interval is published. The lists shift as jail data shift, so "real-time" or any fixed number of minutes would oversell the source. And a released entry says nothing about the charge's fate. Custody status and court outcome are separate facts.

Dallas County Busted Last Night

Dallas County has no separate 24-hour arrest log or public seven-day booking archive. The official vendor's New Inmates page is the correct same-day and recent-booking route, but its title is exact: “Inmates Booked in Last 48 Hours.” The window rolls. It showed photographs and the same core identity, arrest, agency, allegation, and bond fields during research.

The Dallas County 48-hour new-inmate view documents that booking window.

Dallas County arrest records booked within 48 hours

A search for who got busted last night still runs on that rolling 48-hour feed. It is not a midnight-to-midnight report.

The release counterpart also covers 48 hours. It adds release date and time. Check it when someone vanishes from current custody soon after booking. Past those windows, try the current roster for anyone still held. You can also request the stored Dallas County booking record. Sheriff's "weekly update" posts are selective stories, not a complete arrest-log archive.

Note: VINE's 15-minute county data transfer schedule says nothing about how fast the public Dallas County roster refreshes.

Dallas County Jail Custody Limits

The Dallas County Jail information page notes the facility opened in October 1999. It holds up to 125 people and does not house women. That limit matters here. An arrest in Dallas County and an entry in the county jail are two different things.

If a woman arrested in the county doesn't appear, call 870-352-2002 and ask where the booking landed. No universal alternate facility is named in the published sources. The same call helps with medical transfers, federal holds, inter-county placements, juvenile matters, or citations that never became jail intake. Agency, arrest place, booking jail, and later custody can all point to different addresses.

Dallas County Arrest Apps

The sheriff roster page links RPS Inmate Info for iOS and Android. It serves many agencies. Select Dallas County inside it. Treat the app as a mobile supplement. Confirm results on the official web roster or by phone, since every app field and alert feature isn't verified. The web roster stays the clearer source for the three named custody views. A missing app entry never proves someone wasn't booked. The sheriff and court still control their own records.

Dallas County Custody Alert Timing

Arkansas VINE does a different job. It sends free, anonymous alerts about custody and court events, and you can register by phone with a four-digit PIN. Coverage reaches county jail custody, ADC custody, supervision, and prosecutor court data from participating offices. An alert might announce a release, a transfer, an escape, a death, a parole event, or a court disposition.

Timing depends on the source. County jail feeds move every 15 minutes, Department of Corrections data moves hourly, and court and supervision data moves daily. Those are transfer schedules, not delivery guarantees. VINE is not an emergency service, and it never replaces a direct call to the jail or 911.

Dallas County Mugshots After Release

Where a record lives depends on where the person is held right now. One empty list settles nothing. A name missing from the jail roster does not erase the arrest, confirm release, or resolve a charge. Treat each channel below as its own record system rather than one search stacked on another.

Recently releasedRecent ReleasesA release was recorded within 48 hours, not that charges ended.
Older county bookingSheriff records requestThe retained file may outlast all public web windows.
State commitmentADC inmate searchA state correctional record, not every Dallas County arrest.
Federal or ICE custodyBOP, ICE, or agency contactA parallel system with no public mugshot gallery in its locator.

The Arkansas Department of Corrections inmate search accepts a name, ADC number, county, facility, gender, offense category, age, or race. Each profile shows a photograph, identifying details, location, sentence history, and a current-as-of date. Keep the limits in mind. Not every Dallas County arrest ends in ADC custody, because that system tracks state correctional history only. Photos can fail to load. When one does, send a precise request to DOC.FOIA@doc.arkansas.gov.

Federal systems run on separate tracks. The BOP covers sentenced federal custody and refreshes its public extract daily. ICE applies its own identifier rules and offers no mugshot lookup at all. The Marshals Service handles federal pretrial custody, sometimes in local facilities, but posts no public prisoner-photo roster. None of these reach deeper into the Dallas County booking system.

Dallas County Arrest Court Outcomes

A jail card might list a court or a date. It will not show how the case ended. For that, Search ARCourts, which pulls public information from participating Arkansas courts. Search by person or case, then narrow to Dallas County. Match the arrest date, agency, case number, and court. Later docket entries reveal amended charges, dismissals, pleas, acquittals, or convictions.

When the online record runs dry, go to the Dallas County Circuit Clerk. The office sits at Third and Oak Streets in Fordyce, and the phone number is 870-352-2307. The clerk holds the court file, not the sheriff's booking photo. The sheriff's roster, in turn, cannot substitute for the clerk's disposition record.

Booking
Jail intake and creation of the custody record and photograph.
Arraignment
A court stage where the charge is addressed and a plea may be entered.
Bond
A release condition.
Disposition
The recorded result of a charge or case.
Sealing
Legal suppression and confidential treatment, not physical destruction.

Where Dallas County Busted Mugshots Appear

Official records should lead every Dallas County search. News and private pages can help locate an event, but they may omit a release or retain an old accusation. Confirm all names, dates, and outcomes against the sheriff and the court.

Only two private sites hold up as places to look for busted mugshots here: Recently Booked's Dallas County section and Mugshots.com's Dallas County section. Treat both as starting points. Neither works as an official roster, so listings may be dated or thin. Busted Newspaper has no verified Dallas County, Arkansas section. Arrests.org and Mugshots.zone could not be confirmed as usable local sources either.

The sheriff's own archive is the better first stop for straight local coverage. Deltaplex News adds recurring county "Felony Friday" reports as well, though those are selective and unofficial. A story can surface long after a person's release.

Dallas County Busted Mugshots by City

The county's official roster is the practical first check for all three incorporated places. It is not the only one. No source proves that every city arrest must pass through the county jail. City police reports and county booking files are separate records. Each city route below keeps that distinction clear.

  • Fordyce Busted Mugshots covers Fordyce Police Department arrests, the county roster handoff, and the local records contact.
  • Sparkman Busted Mugshots uses the county custody system and agency-confirmation path because no verified city blotter was found.
  • Carthage Busted Mugshots explains the state-sourced police contact and county-level booking search without claiming a universal booking rule.

Fordyce is the county seat. It also has the clearest sourced contact for its municipal police. Sparkman and Carthage have no verified online police arrest logs. In all three towns, a missing roster result could mean release, alternate placement, a transfer, a citation, or a protected juvenile record. Call the agency that handled the event before drawing any broad conclusion.
